Here is our little back entry.

I have left it for so long because I didn't know what I wanted to do with it, and then one day an idea came to me. I bought the red broom in Pennsylvania, and the rug at an antique shop in Louisiana. I won't be laying new carpet or any kind of new floor anytime soon, so the rug fit well in there since it had blue.

It may look cluttered with the baskets, but I love baskets. I think they are functional, cozy, inviting, and romantic. I love to use them to hold all kinds of different items from produce, to yarn, to flowers...I like having them there waiting and ready to be used. :)

The mum I bought recently for 2.50 on clearance. I thought it'd look lovely on the back porch and this way it'll survive the frost and get ample light as well...at least I'm hoping! :)It looks pretty all the same. :)

~ We've been quite busy with finishing remodel jobs, creating new ones...and I'll add more pictures later. My computer has been a pickle with the Blogger and I'm not sure why...hence my lack of updates.

I have much to write about since I've figured out how to get around the "pickle".

It's turned quite cool, and I'm loving it. Bekah and I have been collecting red, orange, and yellow leaves that have fallen. I've let her use a needle and thread to make garlands out of the leaves. She's quite pleased with herself. She'll be 4 next month and is so excited about all the things she'll be able to learn once she's 4. :) Like ironing, sewing, and playing the piano. It's been my goal to start more domesticated lessons then since my friend Laurel's mom did that, if I remember correctly. I always loved the idea and now that I have Rebekah and she is very coordinated I'll be starting her in real lessons, then as well. :)
